the heat months are here again
here are some basic step to stop dehydration
1. drink a lot of water
2, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables during the day
fruit and vegetables like watermelon, cucumber, green pepper, mango juice, orange juice, cabbage salad or many available fruit or vegetable can go a long way helping the system sustain the heat. also avoid food with a lot of cholesterol
3. stay indoor. but if you must leave the house then use cover to avoid sun tan and sun burn
4. also do not consume ice water a lot to avoid getting catarrh infection
